Working in Cooperative Relationship with:

Texas lawmakers gather at the capitol to discuss the future of the pool and spa industry.  Is your business prepared?

The pool and spa industry is being targeted on state and local fronts with obsessive regulation and costly restrictions to the industry and the consumer. These knee-jerk policies are often blind responses to public fear and misinformation. Most fail to provide effective solutions to real issues, and have a crippling effect on small businesses and consumers across the state. Do you as a business owner find yourself feeling powerless and vulnerable in the path of government relations?
